What path have you taken?** Originally started in the military, worked at two startups and made my way up the ranks to CIO, CTO, and CEO. ##### Has it always been your vision to reach the position you’re at? Was your current role part of your vision to become a tech leader? ##### I used to dream of being the president and always thought of myself as a scientist and engineer, so, it has been a gradual climb to where I am at the moment. ##### Have you had a role model or mentor that has helped you on your journey? I have had many propel me further at each stage of my career and happy that each one has had its own very special effect on me. ##### How do you see the role of the technology leader evolving over the next 5 years? More AI and integration with agentic workshops and regulatory and psychological awareness with global differentiation and inclusiveness intertwining with mindreading and federated systems in a globally connected network. Yes, I still aim to be a leader in process improvement, philosophy of ethics and the mind, and AI assimilation related to transhumanism. ##### What advice would you give to aspiring technology leaders who are just starting their careers? Try to remain everything all the time everywhere, in as many ways as possible while studying frequently and using the Socratic method, especially with leaders. *"Try to remain everything all the time everywhere."* ##### What has been the biggest challenge you've faced in your career so far, and how did you overcome it? Raising 5 children was the biggest and most difficult thing I ever did, psychologically speaking. ##### What role do you see emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, blockchain) playing in your industry, and how are you preparing for them? Heavy interconnectedness with hyperspace transaction protocols taking into effect over the next few years in real-time environments and Android companions adaptation. service workers. I am spreading the technology, implementing it, and advocating its widespread adaptation. ##### How do you measure and communicate the value and impact of technology initiatives to other business leaders and stakeholders? I assess the engagement based on the understanding of the audience and raise the conversational intellectual verbosity based on the conversant identity of the listener. ##### What has been your most significant achievement or proudest moment as a technology leader? Producing mind-reading-based hierarchical hive AI for global security and the human psyche while integrating it with real-time learning and HR-HAL, which lead to the creation of the BALT assimilation philosophical approach to recognizing bioquantum assimilation and the future of civilization. ##### Other details that you'd like to add: I am a multiplied expert in over 23 disciplines of research and development. Not much surprises me anymore, as much as it excites me to see the progress of development. ##### How do you ensure that you and your team stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices? I try to read about 10-12 scientific papers per day, encouraging improvement by reviewing and suggesting improvements to doctors from around the world in many fields, speaking to global leaders, and advising them of process improvement while forming networks of people around specified fields that can cross-pollinate support for each other. **Can you share a book that has the most profound impact on shaping your professional journey and approach as a leader?**   ![61GZyiJZXUL.\_SY466\_](https://www.theciocircle.com/hs-fs/hubfs/61GZyiJZXUL._SY466_.jpg?width=267&height=432&name=61GZyiJZXUL._SY466_.jpg) **Illusions by Richard Bach**   Illusions by Richard Bach was a very interesting book that had a large psychological affect on me in my early twenty years. After that, perception of the world in general was more imaginative and relaxing for me. In the cloud-washed airspace between the cornfields of Illinois and blue infinity, a man puts his faith in the propeller of his biplane.
